Tina Frias has been a member of the Clark County Department of Aviation team since 2013, and now serves as the Airport Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, she oversees Government Relations, Legal Services, Customer Experience, Employee Services, and Risk Management. Frias monitors all local, state and federal rules, regulations and laws that affect airport operations. She manages the McCarran At Your Service program that encompasses hospitality training, autism and human trafficking awareness initiatives, and customer data management for the airport, its tenants and partner agencies. She serves as a liaison between the Department and other government agencies and represents Clark County on a variety of local, state, and national boards.

Prior to joining the Department of Aviation, Frias held several positions focused on legislation and policy, including serving as a Legal Policy Analyst for the Nevada Assembly Leadership Office and as a Legal Fellow for U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. She has worked on several campaigns and held multiple legal clerkships. Frias values her public service career path and contributions to the community, including having served as a Voter Protection Legal Assistant for Organizing for America.

Tina Frias earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy from California Baptist University. She also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is a member of the Nevada bar, admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Nevada. Frias enjoys jogging and cooking in her spare time. She also loves to travel with her husband, Damian, and playing chase with her son David.
